Why a desktop app?

Always available. Pin Ambit to your dock or use Cmd+Tab to jump straight to your campaigns — no more hunting for the right browser tab.

Faster. Native Mac performance with the same web app you already know. The app is 4 MB, not 100+ MB like other tools.

Auto-updates. New features roll out automatically. You'll be prompted to install when an update is ready.

Same login. Sign in with your existing Ambit account. All your data, settings, and connected platforms work identically.

Installation

  1. Click Download for Mac above.
  2. Open the downloaded Ambit.dmg file.
  3. Drag the Ambit icon to your Applications folder.
  4. Launch Ambit from your Applications folder or Spotlight.
  5. Sign in with your existing Ambit account.

First launch warning: macOS may show "Ambit cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified." Right-click the app and choose "Open" to bypass this once. (We're working on Apple Developer signing to remove this warning.)

Other platforms

Windows and Linux apps are on the roadmap. In the meantime, you can use Ambit in any modern browser at www.ambitads.com.
