What's the difference between standard and multi-platform clients?

A standard client has 1-2 connected ad channels (e.g., Google Ads + Meta) and counts as 1 slot. A multi-platform client has 3+ connected channels (e.g., Google Ads + Meta + Microsoft Ads + programmatic) and counts as 2 slots, since they generate roughly 2x the data volume and AI usage.

What are AI credits?

Each AI action costs credits: 2 credits per chat message, 10 per keyword analysis batch, 10 per AI bulk action proposal. Bundled credits in your plan reset monthly. If you need more, buy a credit pack (100 for $5, 500 for $20, 2,000 for $60, 10,000 for $250 — packs never expire).

What if I run out of credits mid-month?

You'll see a prompt to buy a credit pack. Pack credits never expire and roll over month to month. Bundled credits reset on your billing date.

What happens if I'm at my slot limit and add a new platform?

Accepted Answer

You'll see a prompt to upgrade. Adding the platform is a soft block — your existing data keeps working, but new connections require a slot.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your trial converts to a paid plan. You'll get an email before it ends. If you don't upgrade, your data is preserved for 30 days so you can pick up where you left off.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings. Changes are prorated so you only pay the difference.

You create a client user account and assign them to specific clients. They log in and see only the data you've chosen to share — down to the column level.
